Fashion Star

If you want to learn more about the business of fashion, watch Fashion Star tonight on NBC at 10pm. It’s almost like project runway, but with a little more reality at a time when artists and entrepreneurs need it most. In this show, buyers from real store chains are the judges, while designers are the contestants. The buyers actually purchase real items of clothing from the designers. Any purchase keeps a designer’s spot on the show. But the fun doesn’t stop there. Viewers can then buy the clothing themselves the next day, too. The show is hosted by model Elle Macpherson and features Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie, and John Varvatos as mentors. Fashion Star tonight on NBC at 10pm!
